Shipping policy
For the Netherlands and Belgium, orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM (with DHL as shipping method) will be shipped the same day and will likely be delivered the next working day. We are not responsible for any delays that occur with DHL. With every order you receive a track & trace code, which will be sent to you separately by email as soon as DHL has taken over the package from us.
As mentioned above, we deliver with DHL throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. The fixed shipping costs for the Netherlands are €4.95. Outside the Netherlands, different rates apply, which appear when selecting the country of destination. Orders to Dutch and Belgian addresses are delivered free of charge for orders above €35. For German addresses, free shipping applies from €50. For other international orders, see the overview below of when you get free shipping per country in Europe.

- Italy: 5-6 working days
- Rest of Europe normally takes 5 working days or more.
